It is a mild, fruity olive oil with a typical aromatic note and is particularly suitable for the preparation of salads and mediterranean dishes, for marinating vegetables, can also be used for frying and steaming. When stored below +12°C, olive oil becomes viscous without any deterioration in quality and becomes liquid again at room temperature.
